Terms of Service

Acceptance

These Terms of Service apply to your use of Covable and all related features, content, and services. "You" means the person or organization using the service. By accessing or using Covable, you agree to these terms and confirm that you have authority to bind the relevant individual or business.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Covable helps teams measure and improve how their brands appear in AI-generated recommendations. The service may include prompt monitoring, visibility reporting, competitive analysis, content generation, execution workflows, dashboards, and billing features.

We may add, change, or remove features over time. We will use reasonable efforts to provide notice when a material change significantly affects your plan.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• You must be at least 16 years old to use Covable
• You must provide accurate account and billing information
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately at hello@covable.app if you believe your account has been compromised

Acceptable use

You may use Covable to monitor your own brand, legitimate competitor brands you are authorised to analyse, and generate content for platforms you have permission to post on.

You may not use Covable to:

• Engage in deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent practices
• Use the service in violation of platform rules, advertising laws, or other applicable laws
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce our platform, data, or algorithms except as we expressly allow
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or extract proprietary components of the service
• Upload, generate, or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or harmful
• Manipulate AI systems in ways that would constitute spam or coordinated inauthentic behaviour
• Resell or sublicense access to the service without our written consent

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without notice if the violation is severe.

Your data and output

You retain ownership of the materials and data you submit to Covable. Subject to these terms, you also own the specific output generated for your workspace. You grant us a limited right to host, process, transmit, and analyze that data only as needed to operate and improve the service for you.

You are responsible for reviewing any AI-assisted output before using or publishing it. Covable is an assistive product, not a substitute for your own editorial, legal, marketing, or compliance review.

Billing and subscriptions

• Paid plans are billed in advance through Dodo Payments using the cadence shown at checkout
• Trials, if offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends
• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout
• We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law
• If a payment fails, we may suspend access until the account is brought current
• We may change pricing with reasonable prior notice. The updated price applies on a future renewal, not retroactively
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated

Intellectual property

Covable, including its software, interfaces, brand assets, and underlying technology, remains our property or the property of our licensors. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription term.

Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of Covable itself to you.

AI and service disclaimers

The service is provided "as is." Because AI systems and external platforms change frequently, we do not guarantee that:

• Visibility scores or scan data are 100% accurate at all times
• Generated content will result in improved AI citations
• The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any specific time
• Results will match those obtained by querying AI models directly, as AI outputs are inherently variable

AI citation patterns, model behavior, and third-party websites can change without notice. You are responsible for how you use the information and outputs Covable provides.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Covable will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us for Covable in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

You can close your account at any time in account settings or by emailing hello@covable.app.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, if payment is overdue, if the law requires us to do so, or if continuing to provide the service is no longer commercially reasonable. We will usually give notice unless we believe immediate action is necessary.

On termination, your right to access the service ends. Data handling after termination is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless local consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will post the updated terms and, where appropriate, provide notice before the new version takes effect. Continued use of Covable after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
